Interested in Joining CAP?
While we welcome pilots, you don’t have to be a pilot to join. Civil Air Patrol (CAP) offers many avenues of volunteer service, including Emergency Services, and Aerospace Education. We also need volunteers for community outreach, professional development and Squadron operational responsibilities.
You must be at least 18 to join CAP as an adult (senior) member. For the protection of our cadets, prospective members must undergo a background check. For a detailed overview please view the Civil Air Patrol - "CAP"abilities video under the Video Tab of this web page.
We invite and encourage you to visit the PDK Squadron during our regular meetings, every second and fourth Tuesday at 7:00 PM. Our meetings are held at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport in the Administration Building, Room 227.
If this is an Emergency please contact the CAP National Emergency Operations Center via 334-953-7299 or 888-211-1812
